Best communication experience with a mechanic, especially with how intimidating it can be if you're not familiar with cars. He's willing to explain things in detail so that you're not totally clueless in the situation. Prices are great, especially in this area.

Ron is the best at diagnostics, he has diagnosed problems with vehicles for several of my family members. He has replaced a cracked intake on my vehicle, a ball joint, and has done general maintenance over the years. He is willing to explain the problem in a way you can understand if you're not familiar with vehicles, and won't try to sell you parts and services that you don't need.
